Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

No refunds under any circumstances.

Legacy Runners Elite Summer 26

Legacy Runners Elite Track Club (“Legacy Runners Elite”) is committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, competition opportunities, and operational support for all registered athletes. Due to the nature of program planning and fixed operational costs, the following No Refund Policy applies. No Refunds All registration fees, training fees, deposits, meet fees, uniform fees, and any other payments made to Legacy Runners Elite are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to: Athlete withdrawal from the program Scheduling conflicts (school, family, vacations, or other sports) Injury, illness, or medical conditions Changes in athlete interest or commitment Dismissal due to conduct or failure to follow team rules Weather conditions or facility availability Failure to attend practices or competitions Meet cancellations or changes beyond the club’s control Program Commitment By registering, families acknowledge and understand that: Registration secures the athlete’s spot, coaching staff allocation, facility usage, meet planning, insurance, and administrative expenses. Costs are incurred immediately upon registration, regardless of athlete participation level. Partial participation does not qualify for any refund or credit. Exceptions Refunds will only be considered if: Legacy Runners Elite cancels the entire Summer 2026 season prior to its start. No other exceptions will be made. Agreement By completing registration and submitting payment, parents/guardians and athletes: Agree to this No Refund Policy in full Acknowledge that they have read and understood the policy Accept financial responsibility for the full season
